Please note that for the period from July 1 to August 31, 2025, reservations are guaranteed by a deposit of 30% or 50% of the total number of nights booked:

* 30% for stays of more than 3 nights.

* 50% for stays of 3 nights or less.

You must send us the completed rental contract and a deposit cheque for 25% of the total cost of your stay.
On arrival, the keys will be handed over against the balance. You will also be asked to pay a deposit of €1,000.
Arrival from 3 pm, departure before 11 am.

Reservations are guaranteed by a credit card number.

Please note that for bookings from July 1 to August 31, 2025, deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, the establishment reserves the right to re-let the room the day after the initially scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail, letter, fax), stating the date of cancellation. In the event of no-show or without a cancellation letter sent 48 hours before the arrival date, the first night will be charged and the establishment reserves the right to re-let the room the day after the initially scheduled arrival date.
