TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For the Low Season period:
The reservation is guaranteed by a credit card number.
For the Mid-Season and High Season period:
The reservation is guaranteed by a deposit of 50% (for one or two nights) and 30% (from three nights) of the total amount of the stay.
Deposits can be made:
- either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) whose number, expiry date and cryptogram on the back of the card (the last 3 digits) you will have communicated to us
- either by bank check (bank check accepted only for the payment of the deposit)
TERMS OF CANCELATION
For the Low Season period:
Cancellation must be made in writing (e-mail or letter) mentioning the date of cancellation.
In the event of a no-show or without a cancellation letter 48 hours before the arrival date, the first night will be invoiced and the establishment reserves the right to re-let the room the day after the date of arrival initially planned.
For the Mid-Season and High Season period:
Deposits paid are non-refundable.
In case of no-show, the establishment reserves the right to re-let the room the day after the day of arrival initially planned.
